This video outlines our responsibilities to you and your responsibilities to the Scratchpad project through the use of your site. Essentially these state that all content placed on your site must be legal, decent, honest and truthful, and that use of the site is solely at your own risk without any liability to those involved in developing or hosting the project. Also that access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All users must agree to these terms, which are digitally signed when users register to access a site.
